Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://bandkmaidservices.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, B&K Maid Services markets and arranges Apartment Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Office Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. B&K Maid Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. B&K Maid Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, B&K Maid Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify B&K Maid Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. AL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AL.
Updates. B&K Maid Services reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
